“in LOVE with this yarn!!! I would give Vel-luxe 10 stars if I could! I bought LOTS of the Silver, Charcoal, & Marigold colors & am currently making a big blanket for my king size bed. (***The blanket is the LB Rockwell Mandala Afghan which is a free LB pattern & recommends Vanna’s Choice, but I’m obviously using Vel-luxe instead & I’ve altered the pattern by making more squares for a much bigger size.***) I bought more than enough to prevent from running out. I’m about 1/2 way through making this blanket & I’ve only come across 2-3 knots total from the cakes I’ve gone through so far (which is around 6-8 already). The yarn is very delicate, but I’ve been gentle with it & it’s working up like a dream! I cannot wait for this to be done so my whole body can feel what my fingers feel! I do wish there were more colors. The colors in the Vel-luxe Jumbo are beautiful but I prefer this #4 weight. I would definitely buy more for more projects if there were more colors! But, Vel-luxe still is still worth 5+ stars to me! Thanks Lion Brand!!!”

Care:

Lion Brand Vel-Luxe Yarn is machine washable but needs to be laid flat to dry. It works up quickly for fast knit and crochet projects. Machine wash. However, initial water temperature should not exceed 40°C or 105°F. Do not use bleach products.
