I really like the feel of this yarn. I had no problems with splitting when I used a 6mm hook. I have horrible dry skin and this yarn barely sticks to me which is a big plus with wool yarn. My only reservation with this is the care instructions. I am not sure how practical it would be for large projects like blankets. I can see this becoming a favorite of mine though because I love working with wool, it's not rough on my skin, and it is made right here in the USA!Additional information
